I love animals with my whole heart and was lucky enough to grow up with a dog too. Obviously this assignment had rules, but I also felt like there was a sense of freedom included too. So I had to feature my puppy and my old best friend who passed last year. I was trying to see if I had selfies with any of my big animals, but unfortunately I don’t.
Attached for this assignment are my two favorite pictures that I think really show the personality of both the dogs through a selfie. Odin, being an American Bulldog, has a playful side to hime since he is a puppy, but he has more of serious protective side than Magnum ever did. Magnum is a Mastiff, so that means he was just a big cuddle floof ball. He was always attached to my side which meant if I was lying next to him and not giving him enough attention, then he put his big heavy head right on mine.
Any dog I’ve owned is my best friend, even when they get in trouble. I try to give them my full attention when hanging out because I know they either want to play or be loved. Not having any of my animals with me in college has been one of the hardest things for me. I classify them as my life line and always will!
