Cedar coffee, located in Spokane Washington, is owned and operated by a Ukrainian couple. They have provided an abundance of coffee and love to their guests since 2017, when they first opened. It’s a coffee shop with a unique twist, including the owner’s Igor self-made drinks named “Artemis,” “Alona,” and “Igor.” Any drinks labeled with the word “Brazil” are actually from there. Since their environment is so welcoming, they have regulars that come frequently to request their favorite drinks. With the news on today’s television, the owners found it upon themselves to provide for their home nation by putting on a Ukraine aid fundraiser. Their initial goal was only $700, but they have greatly surpassed that, raising $48,000. Instead of just their regulars, they now have people coming from all over to support Ukraine. Igor has created such a warm environment that even their employees can’t imagine working anywhere else. Igor’s dedication is solely to his business and making sure that his customers are happy.
