Learning the true details behind web structure and the birth of websites was really intriguing. I never realized how many rules were involved nor did I realize how much work went into it. HTML wasn’t bad at all, it felt like a bunch of basics and the step by step was easy to follow. It made me feel pretty smart when it came to technology, but once I fell into the CSS module I got a little lost in the beginning. There were a couple of things that I just could not understand and was struggling to get right.
Although CSS was the most difficult to learn at times, I would say it is my favorite out of all the modules. It was super interesting to see how simple words and phrases could be manipulated on a webpage through a code. I didn’t know that font and text color could be changed in code.
The most entertaining was being able to create a website and learning how to utilize both CSS and HTML file at the same time. Learning how they correlate and relate to one another to build a website was information that I never knew I needed. At some point I love to try and build my own website just for fun to even see if I could do it without a step by step module guiding me each time.
